Our Services

Comprehensive support designed to restore dignity, build skills, and create lasting change — one person, one family, one community at a time.

All Services Are Free

We provide free referrals and support because we believe everyone deserves a chance to rebuild. Whether you are recently released, struggling with employment, dealing with trauma, or just need someone in your corner — we are here.

Community Outreach and Engagement

We go directly into communities, building relationships and trust one conversation at a time. Our outreach workers connect residents to resources, opportunities, and each other — creating the bonds that make neighborhoods resilient.

E.E.P.D. Program — Education, Employment & Personal Development

A holistic program that develops the whole person — combining education support, employment pathways, and personal growth so participants build stable, self-directed lives.

H.O.M.E. Re-entry Program — Housing, Occupation, Mentorship & Elevation

Built for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration. We address the practical and personal needs that make re-entry succeed — stable housing, meaningful work, mentorship, and a clear path forward.

Job Readiness, Skills Training & Referrals

Employment is one of the most powerful pathways out of poverty and back into society. We provide workshops, resume support, interview coaching, and direct referrals to local employers who understand that second chances matter.

Mental Health Services & Referrals

Trauma, grief, and stress are real barriers to healing. We provide supportive services and connect community members with licensed mental health professionals who understand the unique pressures of urban life.

Mentorship Program (Ages 8–18)

A safe, structured mentorship program for young people ages 8 to 18. Caring adult mentors provide guidance, encouragement, and positive role models. Parents and guardians are welcome to reach out to learn more.

Domestic Violence / Batterers Classes

Starting January 2023, we offer court-approved Batterers Intervention Program classes designed to address the root causes of domestic violence and help participants build healthy, nonviolent relationships.
